Develops maintenance objectives consistent with achieving maximum plant efficiency to meet our requirements in the most safe, reliable, economical and environmentally safe manner.
Establishes maintenance budgets, short and long term maintenance outage schedules and maintains maintenance records.
Assists the Top Management/Senior Manager in all aspects of plant maintenance
Responsible for inventory management and control of Plant's parts and consumables
Be responsible for safety, environment and compliance of EHS procedures and policies in all maintenance activities
Controls all maintenance documents as outlined on the site Master List of Controlled Documents
Execute perform all the routine maintenance activities according to pre-planned Maintenance schedule.
Review and control inventory of spare parts consumables.
Monitor running equipments performance and trouble shooting.
Improve the system for changing and amendment in whole area of responsibility.
Provide proper training and guidance to the sub-ordinates in coordination with the HR Department.
